Strong bones need a strong support of calcium. Building strong & healthy bones is a process that takes many years and needs to be started early in life. Calcium

Under conditions of calcium deficiency, magnesium may displace calcium in bone mineral. The exact influences of magnesium nutriture on osteoporosis or fracture risk are uncertain.
